Description
This 3 beam anodised aluminium telescopic slide provides a total extension.
Very slim, its movement is particularly smooth and silent.
This model is detachable: the moving inner beam can be detached and reinserted in the same slide. This option can be usefull for maintenance purposes or for applictions with restrictive mounting environment. The design of this model includes a lock out.

Applications
This slider is designed for simple, basic and cost conciouse light duty applications that require a relativly low number of cycles, suchs as small drawers, keyboards.Physically very light it can be used in aerospace applications.
Its heigth close to 1U (44,5mm) makes this slides well designed for cabinet mounting.
Recommended operation temperature from -20 to 80°C
Caution: The use of aluminum slides is not recommended within applications that have high levels of vibration. If you would like advice please do not hesitate to contact us.
Caution: due to the slim profile of this slide to avoid excess friction and increased deflection we recommended that it is used only in its major axis.
Caution: aluminium slides are not designed for intensively cycling use.
Manufacture
Chambrelan produces this telescopic guide from anodised aluminium profile.
It includes polyamid ball cages and a rubber stops on closing.
Ball bearings are made of steel and greased with a white bearing grease.
