Description

This 3 beam stainless steel telescopic slide provides a total extension.

It includes a lock out: to close the drawer, you need to press on a latch. The intermediate beam has an automated unlocking feature.

Very strong, it includes reinforced ball bearings to improve its load capacity and resistance to torque loads.

It is designed for heavy duty drawers and demanding applications where a very strong slide is required.

Technical informations

Applications

This heavy duty telescopic guide gets its strength from its cold drawn profiles and from its strong shock resistant end stops.

It is designed for heavy duty drawers or demanding applications.

Including reinforce ball bearings, it can also be flat mounted. Please note that a flat mounting will increase the deflection.

In most of the cases, only one slide with a latch is enough to lock the drawer, this makes the assembly easy to operate. In case of vehicule use, please contact us if you think about using a slide with a locking device.

Note: It is not always possible to produce shorter length slides with locking systems and the fixing hole patterns may differ.

Attention: we do not recommend this model for use in vertical (up & down) applications.

Chambrelan produces this telescopic guide from cold drawn stainless steel profile.

It includes stainless steel ball cages with stainless steel ball bearings.

The latches are in stainless steel.

It is greased with a high pressure grease.
